About At Home Concierge
We believe finding a hand around the house shouldn't take a week of phone calls.
At Home Concierge was built around a simple idea: the people who need help at home and the people who can provide it should be able to find each other easily, and both should be treated fairly.
Households tell us what they need — a fortnightly clean, a lawn cut before visitors arrive, a companion visit for a parent, a shelf that never got mounted. Providers see those jobs, quote on the ones that suit them, and get booked with the details already sorted.
We deliberately welcome three kinds of provider: everyday helpers who are simply good at getting things done, qualified care providers with formal checks and training, and local businesses with teams and insurance. Customers can see which is which and choose accordingly.
Everything runs on one platform. Post a job on your laptop, respond to an offer on your phone, message from either. Payments go through our payment provider so nobody has to negotiate cash on a doorstep, and every completed job can be reviewed.
