What you're agreeing to as a helper
  • You're an independent helper, not an employee of At Home Concierge.
  • At Home Concierge retains a 15% commission from each completed booking — on a $100 job you receive $85.
  • Funds are held until the customer confirms the job is done, then paid to your payout account.
  • You must complete payout onboarding (identity and bank details) before you can be paid.
  • Only quote on work you're competent and, where required, qualified and licensed to do.
  • Never claim a qualification or check you don't hold, and never ask for payment off-platform.
